href=\"https:\/\/tb21test.com\/en\/\">www.hoteltamudabeach.com<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These general customer reservation conditions apply to Reservations made directly on our website www.hoteltamudabeach.com.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conditions for canceling your reservation<\/strong> <strong>or<\/strong> <strong>no-show<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Non-Refundable Rate:<\/em><\/strong> the total amount will be charged when booking and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Flexible Rate<\/em><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the Tamuda Beach Hotel will refund the amount of the deposit less any bank charges.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Standard Rate:<\/em><\/strong> The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge 24h before the arrival date. Hotel Tamuda Beach refunds the deposit amount less any bank charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Conditions for modifying your reservation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Non Refundable Rate:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>No changes are possible for reservations with a <strong><em>non-refundable rate.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexible rate:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Any reservation modification with <strong><em>the flexible rate is<\/em><\/strong> possible free of charge: 15 days before the date of your arrival, and with the prior agreement of the reservation department of the Tamuda Beach hotel, according to the availability schedule.<\/li>\n<li>In case the modification request is not possible, you must respect the original booking or comply with the cancellation conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standard rate:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Any modification of a reservation with the <strong><em>Standard rate<\/em><\/strong> is possible free of charge 24 hours before the date of your arrival, and with the prior agreement of the reservation department of the Tamuda Beach hotel, according to the availability schedule.<\/li>\n<li>In case the modification request is not possible, you must respect the original booking or comply with the cancellation conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Early Departures:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>For any early departure, the remaining nights will be at your expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Extension of stay:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To extend your stay, an additional reservation is necessary, subject to availability and rate changes and subject to <a href=\"https:\/\/tb21test.com\/en\/terms-conditions\/#sec23\">the reservation conditions by phone, email, or on website.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>We do not guarantee that the same prices will be available in the event of an extension of your stay. We recommend that you book all your nights in advance to avoid price changes or non-availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Taxes, Service Fees, and Extras<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Including 10% VAT and 18 MAD Local Taxes per person per night.<\/li>\n<li>In order to avoid any waiting on the day of your departure, we advise you to pay your extra bills during your stay or a day before your check-out at the reception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Arrival and departure times:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.\n<ul>\n<li>If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage at the hotel locker.<\/li>\n<li>If you plan to arrive after 9:00 p.m., you must mention this when making your reservation or contact the hotel reception by phone.<\/li>\n<li>Please show up with an Identity card or Passport document, your file\/reservation number, and the marriage certificate if you are a couple, complete and sign the police form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Departure time: the room must be set free before 12 noon. If you need the room for a few more hours, we can give you a late check-out.<\/li>\n<li>A charge of MAD 100 will apply for each additional hour for late check-out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Children and extra beds<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All children are welcome.<\/li>\n<li>Baby cribs are available and are charged 100 MAD per night.<\/li>\n<li>Extra beds are available and are charged MAD 200 per night. This does not include breakfast and taxes (to be billed separately).<\/li>\n<li>The maximum number of extra beds in a Standard or superior room is 1. . No extra bed possible in single and family rooms or senior suites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Smoking:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Our rooms are non-smoking.<\/li>\n<li>A limited number of smoking rooms are available.
